      1. He’s firstly, an actual person like you and me, who no longer exists. He served as inspiration for a lot of poems and stories so he can technically pass for a book character too. But I think you’d rather know him for who he really wasπŸ˜‰

      2. St. Nicholas was an actual saint who lived sometime during 300AD. He served as inspiration for Santa Claus and there are legends surrounding how he used to help so many people. He is the patron saint for various groups and is also known as Nicholas the Wonderworker.
Santa Claus is essentially a character from legends and folklore who bears a similarity to St.Nicholas. At the end of the day, it’s a choice but believing he exists, makes everything seem a bit better.πŸ˜‰

      4. Oh well, I’m not gonna say I’m interested πŸ˜‚. Because right now I have to do chemistry and Santa Claus is unfortunately (πŸ˜”) not gonna help me in copper sulphate crystals. But yeah, I’ll do that later.

  1. My parents made sure that they told me santa was not real. So since I was little I knew. But who’s complaining….YOU STILL GET PRESENTS😎and you get to decorate a chrismas tree, make your house pretty. And my personal favorite, i get to sing jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the waaaaaayyyy…..all day long to myself without feeling weird😁

  2. Oho, you’re really getting into this question, huh? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
Even I used to wonder (as a child, btw) how the gifts magically appeared at night. However, it was only a few days later did I come to know that he wasn’t real 🀭

  4. I seriously do not remember, during Christmas I used to imagine that Santa was going on a sleigh with his reindeers. Everyday i used to wake up with chocolates under my pillow, now I want to eat chocolates….just a second…………………………..

  5. honestly, I still believe πŸ˜‚ It’s not about him giving presents, but just like a general spirit of Christmas or Saint Nicholas. I believe in all kind of magical, supernatural and mythological things, so why not?πŸ˜‚

    1. Oh, that’s nice! I mean technically I don’t believe in a santa who come and gives me all kinds of gifts, coz that unfortunately never happened (πŸ˜”), but your idea of him sounds a lot better!

  6. I don’t think I ever believed in Santa as he’s portrayed by disney. When I was in 4th the told me the story of St Nicholas and socks and 3 poor girls. Then they told me so say ‘St Nicholas’ really fast and GUESS WHAT? It sounds like Santa Claus! So yeah, my belief is that the guy was inspired from a real guy, but he’s fake.
